1. The electrical control cabinet must be sealed;

2. The top mounted air conditioner should not bend or bend the top plate of the electrical control cabinet. If necessary, the top plate should be strengthened;

3. It is important to pay attention to the discharge of condensate water. After installation, the condensate pipe should be inserted into the outlet hole to prevent condensate water from flowing into the cabinet. There are now manufacturers producing air conditioners without condensate discharge (condensate quickly vaporizes).

4. A door switch should be installed, and the air conditioning unit should be turned off when the door is opened to avoid condensation inside the cabinet. At the same time, the air conditioning unit can only be turned on again after the door is closed for 5 minutes;

5. Keep the air circuit inside the cabinet unobstructed and avoid obstruction at the inlet and outlet.

With the increasing maturity of air conditioning technology, more and more users are demanding the installation of air conditioning in electrical control cabinets. Nowadays, many manufacturers produce various specifications of wall mounted and top mounted air conditioners, with a maximum cooling capacity of over 6000 watts, which can meet the requirements of various users. In addition, in order to meet the heat dissipation and ventilation needs of outdoor electrical control cabinets, some manufacturers also produce outdoor air conditioners.
